great selection stylish area sleek decor beautiful suite
The breakfast had a great selection! The pool area is very stylish. The decor is sleek. I experienced attentive customer service, and my room was a beautiful suite. The reception. It was a rare treat!
I noticed some stains on the towels and a few small rips in the robes. Otherwise, everything was great.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They communicated fluently. I received a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also offers private parking with vehicles, a very good service.

The hotel has a lovely pool with a view. There is also a second covered pool. A spa section and a private beach space are available. I could swim safely!

adequate stay but had its issues
the main pool was advertised as heated, but it wasn't. it felt really cold. when i mentioned this, they told me i could use the spa pool, but that pool had no view and seemed rundown. also, the staff didn't seem very attentive at the pool or beach club. i had to set up my own sunlounger.

stained towel ripped robe
The breakfast was nice with good choices and always fresh.
I found stains on towels plus rips in robes. I asked for an iron and coffee pods to be brought to the room, but after a one hour wait there was nothing. I had to go down in person and ask for it myself. It's unacceptable

a few issues mar the stay
cold jacuzzi cold staff
the hotel has a beautiful design with well-designed rooms.
The main pool was advertised as heated but it was not, and it was actually freezing. I could only use the spa pool. the spa pool looked rundown and had a dirty vibe.. also, the jacuzzi in the spa was cold. there was a general coldness to the staff and lack of service as i was not offered drinks or snack menu at the pool or beach.
